• Identify business challenges and opportunities for growth, using research and data analysis to reputed company strategic recommendations.
• Inform Business travel organization strategy and identify potential partners to support the development, launch, and ongoing operations of new travel products.
• Communicate industry landscape and customer experience/product trends to the broader JTP team.
