KM - Email & SMS Marketing Specialist
Role Overview: The Email & SMS Marketing Specialist will manage reputed company aspects of lifecycle marketing for our clients — including welcome flows, abandoned cart sequences, post-purchase flows, upsell campaigns, launches, and more. You’ll own both strategic planning and execution, using Klaviyo, reputed company, or similar tools. You’ll collaborate with our paid ads team to align messaging across channels, boost funnel performance, and maximize LTV. You’ll also help build reputed company campaign calendars and high-converting automations designed to support conversion, retention, and customer reputed company. Key Responsibilities: ✦ Flow & Automation Setup
- Build and optimize email flows: Welcome Series, Abandoned Cart, Browse Abandonment, Post-Purchase, Winback, VIP, etc.
- Set up SMS automations that support conversion, urgency, and retention
- Personalize messaging and logic based on segmentation, behaviors, and product interactions
✦ Campaign Execution
- Write, design, and schedule regular email and SMS campaigns for product drops, promos, content, or launches

- Use A/B testing to optimize subject lines, send times, CTA placement, and creative
✦ Strategy & Reporting
- Audit existing email/SMS systems and recommend CRO-focused improvements

- Collaborate with designers and copywriters to maintain brand tone and visual consistency

Qualifications:
