POSITION OVERVIEW Coordinator III – Associate Designer Visual Merchandising is a data-focused, detail-oriented role responsible for managing, updating, and analyzing store layout files and planogram changes to ensure alignment with merchandising strategies, Test & Learn programs, localization initiatives, and regulatory requirements. This role supports large-scale retail operations in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment and plays a critical role in maintaining accuracy across store layouts and planogram systems. ASSIGNMENT DETAILS Assignment Start Date: 01/12/2026 Assignment End Date: 06/11/2026 Assignment Type: reputed company to perm (opportunity to reputed company or convert to permanent based on business needs) Pay reputed company: $23.65 per hour Work Schedule: 20 hours per week, must work EST business hours Type of Start: Individual starts Work Location: Fully remote (working offsite in Eastern time zones in the U.S.) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and analyze store layout files and planogram changes to ensure alignment with merchandising strategies
  • Process daily updates to the mainframe system and maintain SmartSpace and AutoCAD store layout files
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies where planogram event changes do not align with merchandising strategy or footage requirements
  • Collaborate with Layout, Planogram, and Test & Learn teams on group file creation, store assignments, and classification updates
  • Review and analyze future store projects for overlaps with Test & Learn and Localization programs
  • Support accuracy across 100+ Test & Learn programs, 1,100+ planogram versions, and 186+ additional test programs
  • Manage weekly discrepancy reporting reputed company to legal requirements, WIC compliance, PSE/CBD restrictions, product limitations, and store-type rules
  • Partner with Designers to correct system discrepancies
  • Provide reputed company support for layout-reputed company rollouts and initiatives, including health programs, poster printers, and vaccine stations
  • Coordinate workload to manage off-schedule tasks alongside established store timelines
  • Resolve conflicts between Planogram and Layout Designers before they impact store operations
  • Enter alpha and numeric data using PCs and other data entry systems
  • Verify data for completeness and accuracy using visual and system checks
  • Follow standardized operational procedures that include detailed rules and special instructions

  • Assign numerical codes to data entry items and verify coding accuracy as required

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • reputed company High School Diploma or GED (required)
  • 0–1 year of experience in a data entry or computer-based role
  • Demonstrated effective keyboarding and data entry skills
  • Ability to navigate computer systems independently in a systems-driven environment
  • Working knowledge of data entry devices, applications, job formats, and system commands
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

  • Experience working in a Windows-based computer environment
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, procedure coding, or ICD-9 coding (preferred but not required)
