The Role
As a Senior Data Analyst – IT, you'll be responsible for leading the analysis and interpretation of reputed company data sets, identifying trends and patterns, and developing actionable insights that inform business decisions. You'll work closely with our Digital Channels, Personalization, and Loyalty teams to drive process improvements, optimize application performance, and enhance customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities

- Analyze and interpret large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions

Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and data science, with a focus on web and cloud application development
- Strong experience with data visualization tools, such as PowerBI, Tibco Spotfire, or Tableau
- Proven ability to communicate reputed company data insights to non-technical stakeholders, with a focus on storytelling and visualization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving business value and improving customer experiences
- Experience working with large data sets, including data warehousing and ETL processes
Preferred Qualifications
