Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for accurately and reputed company processing customer data, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of customer inquiries. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the customer service team to provide exceptional support and resolution of customer inquiries
• Utilize technical skills to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, including but not limited to:

+ Troubleshooting technical issues with customer data + Resolving customer complaints and concerns + Providing accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, including but not limited to:

+ Customer contact information + Customer complaints and concerns + Customer feedback and suggestions

• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance technical skills and knowledge
• Adhere to arenaflex's policies and procedures, including but not limited to:

+ Data entry and processing procedures + Customer service standards and expectations + Confidentiality and data protection policies

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

• 1-2 years of experience in data entry or customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment
• Strong technical skills, including but not limited to:

+ Proficiency in reputed company Office, including reputed company, Word, and Outlook + Experience with data entry software and systems + Strong typing skills (minimum 40 wpm)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence
