Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate products or services
- Demonstrating product knowledge and providing accurate information to customers
- Assisting in product selection, suggesting alternatives and options where applicable
- Making business transactions, managing money, and processing payments with precision
- Keeping the sales area clean and organized, ensuring that merchandise is displayed correctly
- Monitoring product status and assisting with returns and exchanges
- Collaborating with team members to reputed company individual and team marketing goals
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships through excellent service
- Staying connected with product knowledge, promotions, and company policy
- Handling customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Following reputed company company safety policies, procedures, and protocols
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2 years of experience in a customer-facing environment, preferably in a CTI (Digital Threat Intelligence) role
- Experience in Digital Threat Intelligence (CTI) systems and applications, including Distinguish, Secure, Answer, and Recover
- Experience in partnering with various stakeholders, including leaders
- US Government Top Secret/Touchy Compartmented Data with polygraph clearance (or equivalent)
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:
- Experience in the utilization, handling, and analysis of strategic (specialized) CTI in a functional environment, supporting detection, recognition, and response abilities
- Understanding of CTI techniques and application reputed company, with the ability to train and guide new CTI colleagues
- Ability to communicate reputed company information from sensors, incident response commitment, and other sources into reports and briefings
- Ability to present written or verbal data to technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to take reputed company, uncertain points, construct procedures, and influence partners
- A fantastic team player with the ability to work in fast-paced and constantly evolving conditions
