Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join reputed company at arenaflex. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for performing data entry tasks, patient enrollment, and handling high-volume customer requests. Key Responsibilities

• Utilize arenaflex's solution information passage techniques and rules to process new patient enrollment by entering data into the proper system.
• Handle patient medication requests reputed company HIPAA guidelines and enter refill orders for processing.
• Investigate to obtain missing prescription information and interpret medical abbreviations (SIG codes).

Essential Qualifications

• Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction.
• Intermediate to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, formatting documents).
