Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Arts, Finance, or a reputed company field
• At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or a reputed company field
• Strong domain knowledge in the business area and understanding of the internal data ecosystem
• Experience in developing and executing talent strategy, analysis, and insights plans
