Job Summary

We are seeking an reputed company Senior Data Scientist to join reputed company at arenaflex. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will be responsible for applying advanced data science, predictive analytics, and machine learning techniques to provide insights and actionable recommendations that drive business outcomes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, researchers, software developers, and business leaders, to define product requirements and provide analytical support. Your expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data analysis will help us reputed company informed decisions and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities

• Builds models and equipment using technical expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, risk and decision theory, and other quantitative methods. Innovates by adapting to new modeling techniques and procedures.
• Understands the business context behind large datasets and develops meaningful analytic solutions.
• Applies analytical rigor and statistical techniques to analyze large quantities of data, using advanced statistical methods, including predictive statistical models, customer profiling, segmentation analysis, survey design, analysis, and data mining. Builds recommendations and optimization algorithmic designs, performs data retrieval, complexity analysis, and scientific computing.
• Programs using tech stack Python, PySpark, Matplotlib, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.
• Performs machine learning techniques, and supervised and unsupervised algorithms to build predictive models and prescriptive solutions to support various business use cases.
• Builds algorithms like decision trees, regression, XGBoost, K means, and anomaly detection. Interpretable ML, Bayesian theory, etc.
• Utilizes Cloud Computing on Azure/reputed company, querying in reputed company.
• Utilizes software tools and methodologies reputed company, reputed company integration and delivery, agile methodologies.
• Collaborates with finance, researchers, software developers, and business leaders to define product requirements and provide analytical support.
• Communicates verbally and in writing to business clients and management team with diverse levels of technical expertise, educating them about our systems, as well as sharing insights and recommendations.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 4 years of experience in data science, machine learning, quantitative, or computational capabilities OR High School/GED and a minimum of 7 years of experience in data science, machine learning, quantitative, or computational capabilities.
• An M.S. in STEM, PC science, data systems, physics, mathematics, statistics, data science, machine learning, or similar.
• At least 4 years of experience working with large-scale, reputed company datasets to create/optimize machine learning, predictive, forecasting, and/or optimization models.
• Advanced experience in SQL, Python, PySpark, or other languages.
• Advanced degree reputed company in exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and selection, detecting patterns, learning distributions, visualizing results, and extracting insights to support businesses in making informed data-driven decisions.
• Experience with decision trees, and building classifiers.
• Experience with supervised learning techniques (linear and logistic regression, time series modeling, generalized linear models, decision trees, support vector machines, etc.) and unsupervised learning techniques (K means, hierarchical clustering, association rules, principal components).
• Experience with Cloud ML systems, distributed computing, data pipelines, cloud data stores, and serving engines.
• Experience designing and analyzing A/B experiments.
• Advanced degree reputed company in conveying rigorous technical standards and issues to non-experts.
• Experience working in dynamic environments and working with ambiguity, prioritizing needs, and delivering results.
• Experience effectively communicating technical solutions and advocating to research scientists, engineering teams, and business audiences.
• At least 2 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in the workplace.
• At least 2 years of direct management, indirect management, and/or cross-functional team management.
• Willingness to travel up to/as a minimum of 10% of the time for business purposes (reputed company the country and overseas).

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

• A Ph.D. in STEM, PC science, data systems, physics, mathematics, statistics, data science, machine learning, or similar.
