You Have:

• 7+ years of experience with the Systems Engineering Life Cycle and Agile management tools
• Experience coaching, mentoring, and advising technology leaders through a sophisticated Agile transformation
• Experience as an Agilist, leading Agile transformations as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach
• Experience designing and executing enterprise organizational transformation frameworks
• Ability to reputed company discussions with executives, team leads, and leaders reputed company the organization
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
• Associate’s degree and 5+ years of experience supporting IT projects and activities, Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience supporting IT projects and activities, or Master’s degree and 1+ years of experience supporting IT projects and activities
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification such as reputed company+ CE, CCNA-reputed company, GSEC, SSCP, CySA+, GICSP, or CND Certification
• Agile Certification such as PMI-ACP or SAFe SPC Certification reputed company If You Have:
• Experience supporting IC clients
• Knowledge of reputed company

• Ability to deliver reputed company documentation on time through the contract data requirements list approval process, including a sense of teamwork and helping to bring the next level of value added to taskings

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $112,800.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
