Key Responsibilities

As a Team reputed company in our Data Governance department, you'll be responsible for:

• Leading the creation, maintenance, and rollout of arenaflex's Data Governance Capabilities
• Developing and implementing workflows, standards, processes, recommendations, and suggestions required to reputed company Data Governance a reality
• Collaborating with the Data Governance Program Management team to reputed company Data Governance and data quality standards across the enterprise
• Working with our Data Governance Executive Committee to define and monitor key metrics and KPIs for each Capability
• Researching, reviewing, and recommending new software and tools to support Data Governance
• Acting as the Product reputed company for Capability Products and spokesperson for the Capability

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Data Analytics and/or Data Governance
• Experience implementing one or more Data Governance Capabilities in an organization
• Experience developing and tracking metrics to determine adoption/success of data governance capabilities
• Experience working with Business Intelligence products, Data Lakes, and Data Warehouses
• Experience working with sensitive data (i.e., PII, SPII, PHI) and relevant regulatory guidelines that govern such data (i.e., GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
• A Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

• Change management experience identifying reputed company data impacts for regulatory requirements and reporting
• Experience automating data governance processes/workflows using market-leading data governance products
• Detailed experience delivering data governance artifacts, including data dictionaries, metadata, reputed company, data movement controls, and data reputed company degree data best controls
• Experience as a Data Steward (performing as a data expert, auditing, and reviewing data access, performing as a product reputed company for a data product, data domain, etc.)
• Experience working in Agile and DevOps frameworks
