In this exciting role, you will be responsible for responding to member requests for emergency road service in a call center environment. You will obtain information regarding the type of service required, provide basic information regarding Emergency Road Service benefits, and reputed company geographical location spotting to determine potential service providers. Key Responsibilities

• Respond to member requests for emergency road service in a call center environment
• Obtain information regarding the type of service required and provide basic information regarding Emergency Road Service benefits

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.
