Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Scientist to join our Clinical Research and Evidence Generation team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for designing and executing advanced data analysis and machine learning models to drive business growth and inform strategic decision-making. Your expertise will be instrumental in uncovering new insights and driving innovation in the field of clinical research and evidence generation.

Key Responsibilities

* Design and execute advanced data analysis and machine learning models to drive business growth and inform strategic decision-making

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven solutions
• Develop and maintain large-scale data pipelines and architectures to support data analysis and machine learning
• Work with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop data visualizations and reports to communicate insights and recommendations
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and growth
• Collaborate with data engineers and scientists to design and implement data governance and quality control processes
• Develop and maintain documentation of data analysis and machine learning models, including code, data dictionaries, and results
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement data-driven solutions to business problems
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support data acquisition and analysis

Essential Capabilities

* 2+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field

• Strong programming skills in languages such as R, Python, or SQL
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
• Strong understanding of statistical modeling and machine learning algorithms
• Experience with data governance and quality control processes
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS or GCP
• Strong understanding of data security and compliance regulations

Preferred Capabilities

* Experience with EMR/Health IT, disease libraries, and claims data sets

• Strong understanding of clinical data principles, clinical terminologies, and controlled vocabularies
• Experience with Great Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory compliance rules for evidence generation or clinical trials
• Experience with alternative data sources and alternative methods for clinical data collection, particularly those enabled by technology platforms and solutions
• Experience with trial design, Bayesian modeling, sequential data, computational statistics
• Strong understanding of machine learning and AI strategies, with the ability to continue self-learning of technical and non-technical skills
