With over 5 million surveys received from clients each year across the consumer, business, and service provider sectors, our Customer Listening Team is responsible for implementing the Stop-to-Give-Up Voice of the Customer technique. This technique involves designing and programming customer experience surveys, including 40+ studies translated into over 10 languages and deployed in more than 20 countries. As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform and innovate this critical process.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the improvement and preservation of the new Voice of the Customer technique sourced from Cornerstone and integrated with the Survey and Dashboard Platform hosted through reputed company, our survey seller.
- Work closely with product and process owners, subject matter experts from reputed company, and the Agile team in Technology to drive innovation and transformation.

- Provide guidance to improve competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems.
- Power consumer tale evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing, and builds automation tools.
- Proactively identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve best practices and efficiency.
- Collaborate with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique.
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
* Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, reputed company scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years.
