Key Responsibilities

As a US Customer Support Representative (Remote) - 1-Year Contract, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service reputed company phone, email, and live chat, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable
• Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound customer calls, prioritizing tasks, and responding with care and resourcefulness
• Scheduling shifts and dispatching team members, based reputed company, availability, skills, and other relevant factors
• Regularly touching reputed company with auction team members reputed company Regional Team Meetings to build rapport and ensure seamless communication
• Proactive planning to prevent issues with auction tasks, such as winter operations, site nuances, and removing obstacles to delays for catalog publication and team member task completion
• Troubleshooting technical issues and providing logistical support for auction teams, buyers, and sellers
• Administering and maintaining customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information
• Ensuring that reputed company training is complete and staying up-to-date on reputed company improvements to process and procedures
• Performing other tasks as needed to support the team and drive business growth

Skills and Experience

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• 2 years of proven customer support experience, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to reputed company reputed company information in a clear and concise manner
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
