As a Pre-Licensed Representative, you'll be responsible for resolving reputed company consumer issues and advising first-level representatives on high-level issues.

Responsibilities

As a Pre-Licensed Representative, your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting policy holders with billing questions and concerns

Requirements

• Over 18 years of age
• Ability to type 25 wpm
• High school graduate or GED
• Comfort with desktop computer systems
• Proven oral and written communication skills
• 6 months of call center experience (preferred)
• Logical problem-solving skills
• Availability to work various shifts
• Ability to use Windows operating systems
• Organization and work prioritization skills
