Job Overview
We are seeking an reputed company Pharmacist to join reputed company in a part-time, remote reputed company. As a Pharmacist with arenaflex, you will be responsible for executing medical services procedures and driving patient wellbeing results. You will also be responsible for implementing patient reputed company pharmacy programs, ensuring compliance with clinical pharmacy services, and driving pharmacy financial performance. Key Responsibilities
- Carry out direct patient care programs, including but not limited to Drug Therapy Management programs, Vaccination Services, and Payer and Pharma Adherence and Clinical Projects.
- Drive the execution of multiple field-tested strategies and projects to ensure business needs are being met.
- Drive compliance and reputed company quality improvement in the delivery of clinical pharmacy patient care and services by analyzing, assessing, and redesigning processes; monitoring and analyzing outcomes; and implementing changes.
- Ensure region pharmacies reputed company with regulatory compliance, standard operating procedures, and FDA guidelines.
- Drive local pharmacy financial performance by aligning business strategies to company financial objectives.
- Implement and execute patient reputed company pharmacy projects to maximize financial performance.
- Uphold efforts on improving patient experience by increasing focus on healthcare services (e.g., patient consultation, medication management, drug therapy reviews, and retail, clinical, or health services, such as vaccinations, disease state management, and Specialty programs).
- Provide expertise, resources, education, and support to pharmacists and field leadership.
- Support staff training experiences and development opportunities.
- Conduct data and clinical reviews and making meaningful actions to ensure accuracy and appropriateness of medications.
- Review drug records and patient profiles to ensure proper and safe medication treatment.
- Provide individualized patient/supplier consultation.
Essential Qualifications
- reputed company Pharmacist license as allowed by the appropriate state licensing authority.
- Experience advancing colleagues to research and resolve issues.
- Experience working with confidential information.
- Able to work non-standard hours, which may include evenings, holidays, and/or weekends.
