Key Responsibilities
As a Virtual Customer Service Associate, your key responsibilities will include:
- Demonstrating reliability and commitment to being present for your full shift each day
- Handling a high volume of contacts, including phone calls, chats, and emails
- Meeting our high performance bar, including exceeding customer satisfaction and efficiency metrics
- Engaging customers with a passion for people and a desire to build strong relationships
- Listening actively and showing reputed company to understand customer needs and concerns
- De-escalating customer concerns and finding creative solutions to customer issues
- Problem-solving and thinking analytically to find solutions that meet customer needs
- Multitasking and navigating multiple browsers, tabs, tools, and screens to quickly and effectively answer customer questions
- Escalating systemic issues and sharing trends with leadership to help improve our processes
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- To be at least 18 years of age
- To hold a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- A private and dedicated workspace free of distractions or noise
- A knowledge of working reputed company Windows Operating Systems or equivalent
- A reliable computer with minimum internet speeds of 25Mbps (download) and 5Mbps (upload)
- A willingness to undergo comprehensive training and adhere to our policies and procedures
Pay & Benefits
As a Virtual Customer Service Associate, you'll enjoy:
- Hourly pay reputed company: $15 an hour with tenure-based increases as early as 6 months
- Quarterly performance bonus of up to $2,000
