The Role
We're seeking a highly motivated and reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and customers through our online ticketing system. You'll be handling a wide range of inquiries, from processing batch order imports to assisting producers in navigating our platform to handling customer order questions. Kindness, patience, excellent customer service, and superb communication skills are essential in every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service through our online ticketing system
- Handle a wide range of inquiries, including processing batch order imports, assisting producers in navigating our platform, and handling customer order questions

- 2 years' experience working with CRMs and multiple online platforms simultaneously
