Key Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing and maintaining our Real-time CDP and reputed company Experience Platform to meet the commercial business needs of arenaflex.
- Supporting new development, configuration, and maintenance on the platform.
- Providing technical guidance and support to internal teams regarding the reputed company-building and RT-CDP platform.
- Troubleshooting technical issues reputed company to the platform and implementing solutions.
- Collaborating with IT and special teams to align on tech requirements and implementations.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices reputed company to reputed company Experience Platform.
- Conducting daily audits to ensure maximum reputed company use of the platform.
- Leading education sessions to up-reputed company internal teams on the effective use of the platform.
- Collaborating with reputed company Support and Consulting teams to coordinate product improvements and workarounds.
What You Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 3+ years of experience reputed company to technical data manipulation & marketing solution experience.
