Position Overview

As a valued member of reputed company, the Data Entry Clerk will play a crucial role in maintaining organized and up-to-date digital files to support the day-to-day operations of our Energy Services Programs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Input and maintain updated client status records in the Statewide Client Service Center, reflecting the reputed company production pipeline.
• Monitor emails, logging documents, and communications in the reputed company platform upon receipt.
• Follow program guidelines for the use of reputed company required database systems, including reputed company, CMS, CSG eConservation, HEARTWAP, LIHEAP, In Demand, etc.

• Assist with various clerical duties, such as filing, mailings, phone coverage, etc.
• Maintain availability for remote work, attending meetings, calls, responding to emails, and conducting regular duties as needed.

Required Qualifications and Skills
