Job Summary
As a customer service agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients' customers through inbound phone calls, chat messages, and emails. You'll work independently as a contractor, creating a schedule that suits your availability and earning a competitive hourly reputed company. Technology & Equipment Requirements
+ Quiet and secure work environment during working hours + Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted) + Wired USB headset with a microphone for clear communication + High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed for seamless connectivity + Operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS) + Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed + Smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad is required for program work, along with an authentication app + Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system must be used (some clients will accept AppleOS)
Essential Qualifications
* 1+ year of experience in customer service or a reputed company field
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using technology, including computer applications and software
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in customer service or a reputed company field
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Certification in customer service or a reputed company field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
