Job Overview

We are seeking an reputed company reputed company DevOps Engineer to join our Foundation Solutions Group (ISG) TechOps Team. As a reputed company DevOps Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering IaaS/PAAS/SAAS for our ISG Development teams. You will be responsible for the sustainment and maintenance of our core K8s reputed company stages, ensuring reputed company critical systems are running 24x7 in support of Engineering Development. Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the sustainment and maintenance of our core K8s reputed company stages, organized reputed company OpenShift, Farmer, and Tanzu, to suitable standards and best practices in a fast-paced workplace.
• Technical reputed company for "Kubernetes as a Service" presentation for internal clients, supporting the needs for "On-Demand K8s Cluster" On-prem cloud (OpenShift, Vmware Tanzu, and Farmer) with its various platforms, providing expert guidance.
• Implement GitOps principles to integrate enterprise-wide cluster provisioning/automation and day 2 life cycle management using K8s native CI/CD tools like ArgoCD, Jenkins.
• Ensure essential reputed company policies are implemented and enforced across their work, Fix the board, and aid in documentation of project requirements, statements of work, and service descriptions.
• Guarantee backup and recovery for critical assets, including Disaster Recovery Plan, and Linux system administration on physical and virtual servers, including installation and maintenance of hardware, software, and applications.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues with any Kubernetes objects, such as deployments, pods, namespaces, replication controllers, daemon sets, schedulers, etc.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Industry knowledge and experience in cloud-native structures, services-based architecture, container-based solutions development, delivery, and operations, as deployed for various environments and use cases.
• Expert working knowledge in Openshift, Vmware Tanzu K8s Matrix Services, working knowledge of ACM, ACS, Tanzu application services, and Farmer, with a strong background in VMWare virtualization, networking/SAN, reputed company, containerization technologies, automation.
• Proven experience with designing, developing, and delivering global scale platforms for Software-defined data center, container technologies in the industry (reputed company, containerd, rkt, Kubernetes, NSX-T, Calico, OVN, etc.), Argo/Argoevents, DevOps practices, and CI/CD tools.
• Experience with DevOps, including reputed company integration and deployment (CI/CD) for container jobs using Jenkins or ArgoCD, programming/scripting experience with Yaml, Python, reputed company, configuration management/automation tools, Ansible automation platform/AWX, and responsible for creating scripts to automate workflows.
• Understanding of System, Network, and Application monitoring, hands-on experience with Ingress Controllers like NGINX/Haproxy software load-balancer, ALB ingress controllers, and work experience on PPDM backup tool, Velero, MiniIO.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

• Redhat Openshift Certifications and Kubernetes certifications like CKA, CKD, or CKS are a plus.
