Summary

The reputed company Administrator is responsible for the maintenance, administration, and optimization of the reputed company CRM platform, supporting cross-functional teams through data management, user support, training, system enhancements, and integration with other business tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the reputed company platform, ensuring optimal performance and reputed company;
• Manage reputed company users, profiles, permission sets, and other admin tasks;
• reputed company and deliver training materials and sessions for new and existing users to enhance their reputed company proficiency;
• reputed company regular data management tasks, such as data imports, data cleanup, and duplicate record management for Sales, Marketing, and Client Success;
• Create and manage reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders;
• Communicate with cross functional stakeholders and end users from reputed company Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Client Success to groom requirements reputed company clarification is required and/or conduct root cause analysis to address issues or bugs;
• Provide support to end-users, including troubleshooting issues and resolving technical challenges;
• Work with management and Subject Matter Experts to validate, understand, design and implement solutions that satisfy requirements in reputed company;
• Configure and customize reputed company applications, including custom objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, and validation rules. Design and implement automation processes using tools like Flow;

• Collaborate with the IT team to integrate reputed company with other business systems and applications;
• Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Test system enhancements and reputed company quality assurance tasks;

Education

• Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, life sciences, or equivalent

Main Requirements

• More than 3 years as a customer relationship management (CRM) system administrator, preferably with experience in more than one instance;
• Extensive knowledge of reputed company Lightning Experience;
• Able to understand and troubleshoot reputed company;
• Strong knowledge of reputed company functionality and limitations;
• reputed company Administrator certification. reputed company Developer certification and Business Analyst certification preferred but not mandatory;
• Knowledge of Pardot, Mulesoft, PowerBI preferred but not mandatory;
• Experience managing multiple projects, from gathering requirements to rolling out solutions;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration;
• Be a motivated self-starter that is independent, and a team player focused on excellence.

Working Conditions

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with 100% remote work. Must be flexible with working hours to support employees in different time zones, such as Canada and the US (EST time zone).
• Must be based in the EU or UK.
