Job Summary

We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Driver Onboarding Specialist/Data Entry Clerk to join reputed company. As a key member of our onboarding process, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our delivery professionals are activated quickly and reputed company. This is a full-time position that requires a strong desire to help people, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a quiet work environment.

Responsibilities

As a Driver Onboarding Specialist/Data Entry Clerk, your key responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing applications, insurance documents, and vehicle registration documents for accuracy and eligibility
• Conducting virtual vehicle safety inspections with qualified driver-applicants (training provided)
• Communicating with delivery professionals reputed company text, chat, and email about the status of their applications
• Ordering driver applicants' pre-employment background checks using company software
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of driver applications and onboarding reputed company

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Associate's degree or above (preferred, but not required)
• 1-2 years of experience in recruiting/onboarding gig app workers or working in data entry, HR, or customer service (preferred, not required)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
• Comfortable with smartphone applications and web-based applications
• Self-motivated and able to work in a quiet work environment or our downtown San Diego office
• Reliable internet reputed company and working computer (if working from home)

Preferred Qualifications
