About the Role

As an reputed company Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing telephone assistance to reputed company Medicaid members and providers. Your primary focus will be on answering inbound calls, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues reputed company to benefits, eligibility, services, prior authorization requirements, extra benefits, and programs. You'll also be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming member and provider calls and responding to inquiries
  • Providing accurate and timely information regarding benefits, eligibility, services, and prior authorization requirements

Requirements and Qualifications
