Job Responsibilities:

* Provide world-class customer service and technical support to arenaflex customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty

• Assist customers with troubleshooting, product inquiries, and general support via phone, chat, or email, using your expertise and knowledge of arenaflex products and services
• Guide customers in setting up their arenaflex devices and resolving technical issues, using your problem-solving and analytical thinking skills

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, communications) preferred
