Job Responsibilities:
As the Senior Director, Global Head, Adversarial Abuse/Analytics, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the Adversarial Abuse group in identifying and eliminating malicious actors, including account takeovers, spam, commitment misuse, and evading end, among others.
- Overseeing the Business Investigation group in producing insights, estimating uncaught badnesses, and distributing Transparency Reports for nations worldwide.
- Understanding, anticipating, and insightfully mitigating risks from new, scaling industry patterns, such as generative artificial intelligence.
- Collaborating with the Strategy Development team to create approaches using account, social, and content signals to describe harmful behavior.
- Delivering powerful and productive operational execution (e.g., quality, service levels) in a global team working 24x7.
- Attracting, retaining, developing, and fostering exceptional talent.
- Managing accelerations with quick turnaround times required to reputed company back, provide data-driven insights, and implement solutions while creating associations with key cross-functional partners to launch new products and approaches that effectively prevent adversarial abuse.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field (e.g., computer science, engineering, mathematics).
- Four-year certification or equivalent experience.
- Two years of experience working with risk management, fraud fighting at scale, and building/conveying analytical experiences.
- Two years of experience working with design teams that form data foundation and ML models.
- Two years of experience driving teams with the ability to work non-standard workweeks as accelerations require.
- Preferred qualifications:
+ Postgraduate education in a reputed company field (e.g., research, design, data science). + Two years of experience with investigation of large datasets and anomaly detection. + Experience or demonstrated interest in anti-abuse activities. + Knowledge of SQL/R/Matlab. + Exceptional influencing and leadership skills and the ability to build relationships with cross-functional partners. + Outstanding business judgment, critical and analytical skills, including using data to drive strategy and business action with the ability to work in a rapidly changing industry and manage ambiguity while minimizing uncertainty through quantitative insights.
