Who we’re looking for Toyota’s Human Resources Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Employee/Team Member Relations Administrator. Reporting to the Team Member Relations Manager, the primary responsibility of this role is to support the Team Member Relations Analysts, Managers, and Senior Manager in day-to-day operations, and assist team members with general HR questions and password... resets. This onsite position is based at our manufacturing facility in Princeton, Indiana. The selected candidate will be expected to reside within commutable distance of this location. Relocation assistance isn’t available for role. What you’ll be doing Daily reporting of attendance call ins. Entering corrective actions into electronic database. Helping team members with password resets and other computer and sign-on issues. Assisting with new hire orientation, I-9 completion, and benefits presentation. Selecting team members to attend Executive Open Forum meetings. Collecting and storing floor files of team members no longer employed. General administrative activities. What you bring Associates degree (or higher) or 5+ years of equivalent work experience in an administrative support position. Ability to build relationships with a broad audience both internally and externally. Experience working collaboratively with other employees/team members. Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills. Strong verbal and written skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.). Added bonus if you have Workday experience. Project management skills. HR experience. Toyota experience.
