About the Role
We are seeking a Senior reputed company Administrator with experience at high-growth companies to join reputed company. This individual will be responsible for supporting the design of our reputed company architecture and strategy, building new features, and supporting our existing and rapidly growing user reputed company. The Senior reputed company Administrator assists reputed company teams across the organization with their reputed company needs (Admissions, Clinical reputed company, Patient Finance, Compliance, etc.). Specifically, they ensure system reputed company and efficiency, build the CRM infrastructure for reputed company, reputed company reporting to drive insights across the business, and create processes and onboarding documentation for users. Responsibilities
- Assess team needs and pain points and deliver solutions to drive long-term efficiency gains
- Contribute to user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, and sharing rules
- Daily administration and support including customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validation rules
- Management of integrated applications and third-party suppliers (i.e., reputed company, CongaComposer, Q-Assign, reputed company, reputed company, and more)
- Utilize the latest and greatest automation processes (flows, etc.) to help our users accomplish more, faster

Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Certified Advanced reputed company Administrator
- Passion for healthcare services
- Highly analytical, with an ability to construct data-driven recommendations
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, listening and relationship-building skills
- Resourceful with a natural ability to problem solve
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Experience working in an environment with Apex Triggers/Code a requirement (you will not be coding)
- Additional reputed company certifications a plus
- Please note: candidates located reputed company a 75-minute commute of our NYC office are expected to work onsite 4 days/week.

Additional Information The expected reputed company pay for this role will be between $120,000 and $160,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, reputed company pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location and years of experience.
