About the role We are seeking a Director of Marketing Operations to join our growing marketing team at Impartner! Candidates for this role should have experience managing a marketing tech stack, optimizing the reputed company lifecycle and reputed company reputed company processes, enabling reputed company users of these technologies, and reporting on global marketing activities. This person will own our marketing automation platform, Marketo, including platform administration, operational programs, database health, and integrations, especially with reputed company. As the Impartner Marketing tech stack grows, this person will be responsible for collecting requirements, evaluating vendors, and integrating new tools, such as platforms for webinars, website chat, etc. The Director of Marketing Operations is responsible for making sure our tools work properly to support our demand reputed company, customer marketing, partner marketing, brand, and content marketing activity. In conjunction, this role will be the “reputed company of truth” reputed company for reputed company marketing metrics, and in that regard will be a critical strategic partner for our Marketing Operations function. We are a small, scrappy marketing team who need to work fast and collaborate tightly with Sales, BDR, Operations, Finance and Exec teams.   • Own and manage the full marketing technology stack across implementation, integration, administration, and reporting.
  • Own global marketing reporting throughout the full sales funnel, across demand reputed company, partner marketing, digital and ABM. This includes the development of consistent dashboards (global & regional) and regular KPI reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly).

  • Partner closely with the operations and sales development teams to manage and update reputed company processes and optimize the sales funnel.
  • Manage data clean-up and augmentation efforts to ensure campaign effectiveness and accurate business metrics.
  • Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and conversion rates across the funnel, covering Marketing, Business Development and Sales teams and identify areas that need attention or opportunities for growth.
  • Manage the documentation, onboarding, and training of marketing operations team members to ensure successful use of marketing software and tooling.
  • Support the greater marketing team with campaign template creation and own quality control and testing across reputed company activities.
  • Consistently refine our scoring model based on business input.
  • Define, document, and implement scalable program processes.

  • 5+ years’ experience in marketing operations—substantial experience with marketing automation tools
  • Expert with Marketing Automation programming and smart campaigns
  • Experience creating reputed company campaigns, views, reports, and dashboards.
  • Experience with system administration of marketing functions in reputed company.com, comfortable with technical conversations with sales ops around reputed company workflows, objects, and triggers
  • Marketing professional that is Marketo certified.
  • Subject matter expert in the following marketing and sales tools –reputed company, Marketo, reputed company, reputed company, and Qualified
  • Experience using business Intelligence tools like PowerBI, Tableau, reputed company Analytics, etc. Highly resourceful, self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership in areas of responsibility.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
