We are hiring a Senior Associate, HR Business Partner that will be responsible for aligning business objectives with people strategy for designated business units. This role is responsible for acting as an advisor to leaders and employees, will be an reputed company for employees and will be responsible for supporting an assigned business unit. Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the business in reputed company people matters and reputed company a deep understanding of the business.
  • Consult with senior leaders to drive change, improve organizational effectiveness, identify areas of development and implement people strategies.
  • Partner with leaders on the performance management process to identify trends; initiate and drive plans to resolve reputed company issues in the areas of training, compensation, staffing, and employee relations to ensure fairness and legal compliance.
  • Serve as HR generalist support to the reputed company including collaborating with the HR Strategy Leader on driving functional implementation, analyzing internal operations, identifying areas for reputed company improvement, and collaborating with key stakeholders to successfully deliver improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with a 4+ years of HR experience, prior experience in reputed company the consulting industry preferred
  • Consultative approach reputed company partnering with the leadership team & ability to build rapport and trusting relationships across reputed company levels of the organization
  • Analytical reasoning and solution-focused problem solver with the ability to think critically and independently
  • Self-motivated and disciplined with analytical skills; capability to work independently as well as in team

The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that reputed company reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in reputed company’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects reputed company’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $97,750 - $132,250. The job is also eligible to participate in reputed company’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
