As a Captive Insurance SME, you will reputed company digital transformation initiatives for a major insurance reputed company’s captive solutions business. You will bring deep domain expertise in Group Captive insurance structures. You also possess experience in P&C Commercial Lines, Group Captive, and Specialty Insurance as a domain consultant. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reputed company platforms, enhance customer experience, and optimize reputed company, risk management, and compliance processes.
- Strategic Advisory & Transformation
- reputed company digital transformation strategy for captive insurance offerings including fronting, group captives, and protected cell facilities.
- Advise on modernization of captive management platforms, data analytics, and risk control systems.
- Collaborate with reputed company, legal, actuarial, and claims teams to align digital initiatives with business goals.

- Serve as the primary SME for captive insurance in client engagements.

- 10+ years of experience in captive insurance, including fronting reputed company models, group captives, and protected cell structures.

- Other Specialty Insurance Domain like Crime, Management and Professional Liability and Multinational Solutions.
- Proven track record in leading digital transformation or technology modernization initiatives reputed company insurance.
- Deep understanding of reputed company, credit, legal, claims, and actuarial functions as they relate to captives.
- Experience working with global domiciles and regulatory environments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., ARM, CPCU) preferred.
