Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Director of Risk Management and Data Analysis to join our team. As a key member of our global growth strategy, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing risk management frameworks, analyzing complex data sets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement. Responsibilities
As a Director of Risk Management and Data Analysis, your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing risk management frameworks to identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could impact arenaflex's business operations and reputation
- Analyzing complex data sets to inform business decisions and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including innovation, business development, and operations, to drive business growth and improvement
- Identifying and assessing new data sources and technologies to enhance arenaflex's risk management and data analysis capabilities
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, risk management teams, and external partners
- Providing thought leadership and expertise on risk management and data analysis best practices to arenaflex's leadership and teams
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A graduate degree in a relevant field, such as finance, mathematics, economics, or business administration
- At least 1 year of experience in risk management, data analysis, or a related field
- Proven expertise in data analysis, including experience with data visualization tools and statistical software
- Strong understanding of risk management principles and frameworks, including experience with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and opportunities
- Experience with MS Excel, data bricks, Python, R, SAS, SQL, Tableau, Terawatt, and Unix
