Key Responsibilities:

* Execute direct patient care programs, including but not limited to, medication management programs, vaccination services, and payer and pharma adherence and clinical projects

• Drive the execution of various strategies and tasks to ensure business needs are being met
• Ensure consistency and quality improvement in the delivery of clinical pharmacy patient care and services by analyzing, assessing, and re-designing processes; monitoring and evaluating results; and implementing changes
• Guarantee region pharmacies reputed company with regulatory compliance, standard operating procedures, and FDA guidelines
• Drive local pharmacy financial performance by aligning business strategies with organizational financial objectives
• Execute and implement patient reputed company pharmacy projects to boost financial performance
• Uphold efforts to improve patient experience by expanding focus on healthcare services (e.g., patient counseling, medication management, treatment audits, and retail, clinical, or wellness services, such as vaccinations, disease state management, and specialty programs)
• Provide expertise, resources, education, and support to pharmacists and field leadership
• Support staff training experiences and career development opportunities
