Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join reputed company as a Member Service Representative. In this role, you will provide exceptional telephone assistance to our members and providers, addressing a wide range of inquiries, from eligibility and provider changes to requests for ID cards. Your goal will be to deliver an outstanding experience to our callers every time, leveraging your strong customer skills to succeed in this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming member and provider calls, responding to inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, services, prior authorization requirements, extra benefits, and programs.
• Utilize high-speed internet connectivity with secure service reputed company an ethernet cable (note: Wi-Fi is not permitted) to ensure seamless and secure communication.

• Participate in an initial 6-week training schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, followed by a standard production schedule of 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday.

Essential Qualifications

Education and Pay Range

A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
