Job Context We are seeking a dynamic and strategic reputed company Specialist to join reputed company on a temporary basis as we work to reputed company our Sales and Account Manager teams across the globe. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our company’s growing needs. You will play a key role in building a strong employer brand and ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process. What You’ll Do

- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define candidate profiles.

- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for reputed company and future hiring needs.
- Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
