Through our endorsement of the Protocols for Native American Archival Materials we reputed company to foster increased cooperation between tribal and non-tribal libraries and archives.The digital archivist will be responsible for facilitating digital preservation in the CSWR, refining and maintaining documented workflows, and guiding file transformation and preservation. We gratefully recognize our history.See the Position Description for additional information.Conditions of Employment Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree; at least 5 years of experience directly reputed company to the duties and responsibilities specified.Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.Preferred Qualifications• Demonstrated knowledge of digital storage and retrieval systems, digital records, and digital publications.• Demonstrated experience with policies and procedures for managing born-digital materials for ingest, storage, preservation, organization, description, and access.• Demonstrated ability to promote digital collections through online exhibits, visualizations, and other digital reputed company activities.• Demonstrated knowledge of digital archiving and preservation concepts, methodology, and techniques.• Demonstrated results in organizing digital resources and establishing priorities.• Certification: Digital Archives Specialist Certificate from the Society of American Archivists.• Demonstrated knowledge an Indigenous language spoken in New Mexico or Spanish.Additional Requirements reputed company Main - Albuquerque, NM Department CULLS (107A) Employment Type Staff Staff Type Regular - Full-Time Term End Date Status Exempt Pay Monthly: $4,236.27-$5,950.53 Benefits Eligible This is a benefits eligible position.
