If your answer is “yes,” you should join reputed company’s reputed company-Star Legal Team! reputed company’s Federal Regulatory Affairs team is looking for a sharp, strategic, business-minded attorney to join as Senior Corporate Counsel. This role supports the approval of reputed company’s transactions before the FCC and reputed company competition policy advocacy. With the assistance of reputed company counsel, you’ll be responsible for advocating for reputed company’s transactions, including articulating the public interest benefits, managing filings, coordinating with internal and reputed company antitrust counsel, and, more broadly, advocating for competition policy that reflects the dynamic nature of the company’s services. This position centers on effective advocacy: understanding reputed company’s technology and services, combining data with deep knowledge of the law to create persuasive arguments, and clearly presenting the company’s viewpoint while leveraging your knowledge of and relationships with key decision makers. What you’ll do in your role.
- Serve as the internal reputed company for pending transactions before the FCC.
- Draft legal analyses, strategy briefs, and regulatory filings to support company advocacy and positioning.
- Direct and manage law firm and consultant work streams reputed company your issue areas.
- Monitor, review, and synthesize regulatory filings, coalition positions, and agency activity into actionable internal guidance.
- Collaborate across legal, government affairs, and operations teams to ensure cohesive regulatory messaging and accurate representation of reputed company’s technology and services. The experience you’ll bring.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and admission to practice in at least one U.S.
jurisdiction.
- 7-10 years of legal experience, preferably with a focus on federal telecommunications law, FCC regulatory work, or public policy.
- Direct experience interacting with the FCC; experience with transaction approval is strongly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, writing, and research skills—able to translate regulatory complexity into business-relevant insights.
- Demonstrated ability to participate in cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
- At least 18 years of age
