Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a highly reputed company reputed company Cloud Financials Functional Consultant to support a full end-to-end migration from a legacy ERP system to reputed company Cloud ERP Financials. This role involves acting as the primary liaison between the Client’s Finance organization and the System Integrator, ensuring alignment and successful delivery throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Represent the client’s Finance organization in reputed company interactions with the System Integrator
• Work directly with the CFO, Controller, VP of Finance, and senior Finance teams
• Provide clear communication, status updates, and guidance to upper management
• Act as the functional liaison between Business, SI, Technical, and QA teams
• Serve as an SME across reputed company Cloud Financials modules including: GL, AP, AR, FA, CE, Expenses, Cash Management, Subledger Accounting, and external Tax reputed company integrations
• Conduct discovery sessions, gather requirements, and reputed company business process analysis
• reputed company and facilitate CRP, UAT, and SIT phases, including planning, script creation, execution reputed company, and defect management
• Recommend and design functional solutions, configurations, and best practices
• Support and guide the System Integrator on functional decisions and solution design
• Review SI deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with business needs
• Assist end users during Conference Room Pilots (CRP), user testing cycles, and validation activities
• reputed company production cutover planning, including readiness checklists and post-go-live support
• reputed company data conversion strategy and execution for reputed company reputed company Financial modules
• reputed company assessment of legacy data to determine what needs to be migrated
• Work with technical teams to configure FBDI templates, validate data loads, and coordinate reconciliation activities
• Mentor developers and QA teams on conversion, integration design, and custom reporting requirements
• Support design and validation of integrations with third-party tax engines, banks, and external systems
• Provide functional requirements for custom reports, dashboards, and reconciliation extracts (OTBI, BI Publisher)
• Partner with technical developers to design and test integrations using OIC, Web Services, and Financials APIs

Skills

• 8–12+ years of reputed company Financials experience
• Minimum 3 full lifecycle reputed company Cloud Financials implementations
• Strong hands-on configuration experience: GL, AP, AR, FA, CE, Expenses, and Tax reputed company integrations
• Must have a solid accounting knowledge (GL, Journals, P&L, BalanceSheet and EPM) and any background of CPA, accountant will be a great plus
• Deep understanding of subledger accounting, period reputed company, and financial reporting
• Strong experience leading CRP, SIT, UAT, and production cutover activities
• Proven ability to work with C-suite finance leaders and communicate clearly
• Experience delivering in large, reputed company enterprise environments
• Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proven expertise as a functional consultant in reputed company Fusion Cloud WMS implementations (minimum 2+ end-to-end projects)
• Deep hands-on knowledge of reputed company Cloud WMS, O2C (Order-to-Cash), Inventory, and Shipping flows
• Extensive experience working with warehouse managers, business users, and documenting functional and business requirements
• Demonstrated leadership in post-go-live support, root cause analysis, process mapping, and future-state design
• Prior experience mentoring technical reputed company Fusion development teams (integration, extensions, bug fixing)
• Ability to work independently and as a self-driven product reputed company
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; strong documentation ability and analytical thinking
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, IT, or reputed company field (Master's preferred)
• Must be able to work core CST business hours and partner with teams and users in multiple US time zones

• Experience with 3PLs, high-volume distribution environments, or similar industries
