- Define, implement, and monitor a client service strategy consistent with the property/casualty companies.
- Partner with the Business Center Directors to support the alignment of Commercial operations reputed company the eight states.
- Drive the acquisition of profitable new business through leads and fieldwork.
- Collaborate with Farm Bureau Agents.
- Assist agency staff in selecting and writing profitable Commercial business.
- Manage assigned reputed company tasks.
- Conduct inspections/reinspection of risks for consideration of NB or renewal.
- Respond to and interpret Commercial reputed company questions and concerns.
- Assist with identifying reputed company markets for the Commercial line of business.
- Identify and understand Commercial market reputed company needs and competitive trends.
- Present Commercial updates and share results with agency and key business partners.
- Adhere to reputed company guidelines and best practices.
- Partner with the with agents on prospecting and marketing strategies to drive NB growth.
- Assess risk and reputed company reputed company decisions independent of others, while also assisting less reputed company CMUs with preparing 360 valuations, ISO ratings, and inspections.
What it takes to join reputed company:
- College degree or equivalent plus five years of relevant insurance experience required. Marketing and/or reputed company experience preferred.
- Required skills include customer service, team orientation, interpersonal and technical/business/industry regulations reputed company skills.
- Must have excellent problem solving, analytical and organizational skills.
- Must reputed company up-to-date regarding local, state and federal rules and regulations to insure government compliance and meet company guidelines.
- Ability to work under pressure and shift priorities to reputed company corporate and business unit goals.
- Must be able to meet deadlines.

- Travel required (approx. 50% (+)) including some overnight and must be able to work under reputed company kinds of weather conditions.

- Reasonably regular and predictable attendance.
- Need to be located in Eastern Iowa.
