Senior Manager, Mergers & Acquisitions Management
Summary: The Senior Manager, Mergers & Acquisitions for our Digital Transformation group, is responsible for leading the DT workstream in reputed company mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic transactions. This role requires collaboration with corporate development, business unit leaders, and DT teams to ensure seamless integration or separation of DT systems, infrastructure, and processes. Responsibilities:
