For more information, visit Solomon Edwards Position Summary We are seeking a Senior Manager / Director of Financial Reporting to join a leading, growth-oriented company in the financial services sector with operations across the U.S. This role will play a pivotal part in supporting key external reporting processes, SEC compliance, and financial reputed company during a high-impact period. Essential Duties

- Prepare regulatory analysis under Regulation S‑X Rule 5‑04.
- Manage flux analyses across the balance sheet and income statement.

- Coordinate with auditors and internal stakeholders to resolve comments and inquiries.

- Collaborate across departments to ensure compliance with SEC and ASC standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or reputed company field.
- Minimum 9 years of relevant experience, including 7+ years in Big 4 public accounting.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting standards.

Salary Range Solomon Edwards values your unique and individual experience and background. As such, we take a comprehensive approach reputed company determining compensation for our roles. The compensation for this specific role is based on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to education, licensure and certifications, location, experience, and training. A reasonable estimate for the reputed company hourly range for this role is $80 – 85.
