Senior Associate, Sales Enablement – In-Store Systems

About the Team The Sales Enablement team, under the Sales Strategy & Operations organization, enables the productivity of our sales and go-to-market organizations through alignment with capital OKRs and a 360-degree enablement strategy that encompasses activation across process, product, reputed company, GTM strategy and tooling. Through partnerships with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations, we design and deliver critical enablement programs that activate the business to drive sales performance and contribute to reputed company’s overall success.

About the Role

As the Senior Associate, Systems Enablement, you will support the end-to-end systems ecosystem for our In-Store line of business, including enablement reputed company to reputed company, reputed company, and other key sales technologies. Your role focuses on optimizing workflows, maintaining accurate documentation, supporting system rollouts, and enabling both pre-sales and post-sales teams to adopt tools effectively. You will act as a connector between In-Store frontline teams and our technical partners—collecting feedback, identifying friction points, documenting requirements, and helping translate system changes into training and best-practice guidance. This role is highly execution-oriented and will play a critical part in ensuring our In-Store teams can work smarter, faster, and more consistently through the effective use of our sales systems. • 2–4+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, system administration, or a reputed company go-to-market support function.

• Experience supporting sales or post-sales teams, ideally in a fast-paced environment.

• For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.
