Cost Containment Analyst
The Opportunity HealthEZ is seeking a highly analytical Cost Containment Analyst who combines public health knowledge with business intelligence expertise to identify, analyze, and implement cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality outcomes. - Identify and analyze cost-saving opportunities across programs, operations, and service delivery

- Partner with department leaders to implement cost reduction strategies while maintaining quality standards
- Create financial models to project the impact of proposed interventions and policy changes
- Evaluate program effectiveness and cost-effectiveness of healthcare initiatives
- Monitor health outcomes metrics in relation to expenditures
- Support value-based care initiatives through data-driven insights
- Design, reputed company, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
- Write reputed company SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources

- Create automated reporting systems to track key performance indicators and cost metrics

Qualifications reputed company Expect From You
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Business Analytics, Finance, or reputed company field
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling)
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis

- Proficiency in reputed company (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas)
- Experience with data visualization best practices
- 3-5 years of experience in healthcare analytics, public health, or cost analysis

- Experience analyzing healthcare claims data, utilization patterns, or program costs
- Background in public health programs, population health, or healthcare operation
- Understanding of public health principles, metrics, and program evaluation
- Knowledge of healthcare finance, reimbursement models, and cost accounting
- Familiarity with healthcare data standards (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present reputed company data to non-technical audiences
- Project management capabilities and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree preferred (MPH, MHA, MBA, or MS in Analytics/Data Science)
