- Assists clients with installation of company devices.
- Interacts with external and internal customers in a professional, helpful and courteous manner.
- Processes new client referrals and enters client information into company databases.
- Calls clients to verify referral information and explain services being offered by referring agency.
- Manages incoming phone calls by responding to requests and assisting with inquiries.
- Resolves basic problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions and /or escalating unresolved problems.
- Trouble-shoots basic technical assistance to clients as required.
- Answers client questions using scripted and non-scripted responses.
- Verifies demographics and data enter client information into the computer.
- Records details of calls and messages.
- Answers routine inquiries and refer calls not requiring dispatches to appropriate departments and agencies.
- Maintains access to, and reputed company of, highly sensitive materials.
- Refers client complaints to appropriate persons.
- Maintains protocol information supplied from reference materials, memos, and training sessions.
- Maintains project productivity and quality goals.
- Participate in other projects or duties as assigned.
