The VP, Special Assets Manager assists with management and reputed company of the Commercial Special Asset portfolio to mitigate credit losses and other risk exposures. The position provides training and mentoring to junior level analysts while working alongside the Chief Credit Officer and Director of Special Assets. Responsibilities: Analyze and recommend appropriate workout strategies to maximize value of loan assets. Performing and approving loan reviews Managing commercial loans in active Bankruptcies and Receiverships. Reviewing loss mitigation requests, including; loan modification, deed in lieu, and short sale requests. Ensuring compliance with servicing guides, Mentoring and training junior analysts and strengthening working relationships reputed company the business units and portfolio management groups Create, document, and execute comprehensive action plans and workout strategies for reputed company problematic credits in the portfolio.
