Key Responsibilities

• Register sales on designated sales registers, provide clients with courteous and efficient checkout services, and process transactions accurately.
• Assist the pharmacist, under direct supervision, in the practice of pharmacy, utilizing pharmacy systems to acquire patient and medication information and process prescriptions.
• Engage clients and patients by greeting them, offering help with products and services, and resolving customer issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Model and offer customer support best practices with reputed company colleagues, demonstrating excellent relational habits and arenaflex service qualities.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to read, write, and speak English fluently (except in Puerto Rico).
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of store systems and equipment.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Previous work experience with arenaflex or a similar organization.
• Good numerical abilities, including counting, measuring, and weighing prescriptions.
• Proficiency in computer skills and knowledge of store inventory control.
• PTCB certification or willingness to obtain certification through the designated PTCB training program.
