Job Summary

The Accounts Payable Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our accounts payable process. This position will be responsible for entering vendor invoices accurately and reputed company into our reputed company system, reviewing and processing invoices, and collaborating with vendors to resolve any issues or discrepancies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Enter vendor invoices accurately and reputed company into our reputed company system

• Review and process invoices, ensuring that reputed company necessary documentation is complete and accurate
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve any issues or discrepancies reputed company to invoices or payments
• reputed company fortnightly reviews of reputed company reports (GRIR and MRBR) to ensure that invoices are being processed accurately and reputed company
• Plan and prepare 1099 reporting, ensuring that reputed company vendors have the necessary tax identification and W-9 information on file
• Provide exceptional customer service to vendors, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including vendor information and payment history
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure smooth execution of reputed company AP programs

* Receipt processing: 60%

• Vendor support: 30%
• Incidental processing/exceptional activities: 10%

Qualifications and Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a reputed company field

• At least 0-2 years of relevant work experience in accounts payable or a reputed company field
• Strong background in accounting principles and practices
• Experience with reputed company or other accounting software is a plus
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
