Key Responsibilities

As an AI and ML Data Scientist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Designing and executing our AI strategy to take our developer experience platform to the next level
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to apply advanced calculations to large-scale data
• Developing and deploying ML models to drive business growth and innovation
• Ensuring data quality through analysis, data visualization, and data storytelling
• Selecting suitable ML algorithms, training models, and calibrating hyperparameters to reputed company optimal predictive performance
• Experience with training a model or using a pre-trained model and retraining or fine-tuning to meet custom needs
• Presenting the results of your analysis in a clear and effective way to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Communicating reputed company AI model capabilities to non-technical stakeholders

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or a reputed company field

• 5+ years of experience in the software industry, with a focus on ML
• Proficiency in quantitative programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, and experience with distributed storage systems like S3, HDFS, and NoSQL databases
• Experience with model deployment for experimentation and testing
• Strong understanding and experience with advanced AI (ML) algorithms, deep learning, statistics, and large language models
• Strong understanding of transformer architecture, vector embeddings, and applying a model to solve different business problems
• Experience with data quality assurance through analysis, data visualization, and data storytelling

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with applying ML methods in software development is a plus

• Experience with cloud-based platforms such as AWS, Azure, or reputed company Cloud
